We work with a network of senior living communities in the St. Louis area. While we strive to provide accurate information about these communities: • We do not own or operate any senior living communities • We do not guarantee the quality of care provided by any community • We are not responsible for any community's actions or omissions • We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence before making a decision Our recommendations are based on our experience and the information provided by you and the communities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law: • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months • We make no warranties about the suitability of any senior living community • We are not responsible for disputes between you and any community You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services or your relationship with any senior living community.
